GBM – IM Sports – and more!

Hello everyone!

I have a few things,

1. Sorry about the delay but it took a long session of phone tag to book Jason Blair to speak this Sunday, but it is now all set! He will be talking about HR 3371 BUT it is not gonna just be the normal talk, he is gonna talk about how he doesn't see it passing congress but that the FAA has issued an NPRM dealing with the issues of HR 3371. He is also gonna be talking about his duties as his flight school and airport in Allegan and his position in NAFI (National Association of Flight Instructors) and the state of the industry as he knows it. This is gonna be very informative!

2. Everyone Please Go! This is gonna be a very informational meeting and GO TO BURDICKS after the meeting! Just dont eat dinner and we can all go eat after the meeting and have a fun time!

3. Go to the pledge meetings! Yes we only have 3 pledges right now but I still want to encourage you to go!

4. Please decide if you are going to be active this semester or not by this GBM. If you can't make it to the GBM then please email me and nick nclark5413@gmail.com andchrisvogtmann@gmail.com  or you can check if your going or not on the facebook group! Don't forget by just telling us now :-)

5. If you want to play indoor soccer or flag football please come to both the pledge meeting and GBM we need to talk about which time of the week will work for everyone! fee is $9

Initiation Update

I just called and confirmed that the Bernhard Center IS open for normal hours. We are having Initiation today. It would be hard to schedule another day to have this as i was told that the Bernhard Center is all pretty much booked up and i don't want to bother everyone on exam week.

If you have any problems please call me at (269) 350-3502.

Also, if you decide not to go because of the snow, call me or Josh Jackson (i hope he doesn't mind.. lol) AHEAD of time. If we are to give you a ride it would be earlier to be able to get there and make sure the room is all ready.

Again, please do not hesitate to call me, i don't have classes today! and am up to nothing but cleaning my room and lounging around.

Initiation Information

AS OF NOW (11:53) we ARE still having the pledge meeting. The Bernhard Center is still open!

I still have to call at around 5 to double check everything. It is still possible we might have to cancel.

Initiation

This Thursday the 10th is going to be Pledge Initiation! All Actives should show up and help initiate the new members!

Last 2 weeks

I hope everyone is aware that this Thursday is the last pledge meeting, following the meeting we will be painting the rocks and chalking the sidewalk! actives should be there!!!! Then on Friday we will be doing pledge raid! so remember if you want to be someone who is searching then you need to get a hold of Josh Jackson to be sure about all the rule changes and where to meet!

This Sunday is the GBM where we vote on the pledges

It is the final GBM of the semester, if you pledged last semester then you NEED to be here!!

A week from this Thursday is pledge initiation. which is the 10th of December.

I hope everyone who bought a ticket to formal has a great time there! It is going to be a BLAST! Any questions can be directed at Diana or Abby R. If you cant get a hold of them I could also more than likely answer your question.
